Okay, so I was on the fence about getting a sound system for my apartment. I did a ton of research on Amazon and read all these reviews, some loving this Saiyin soundbar system, some not so much. The price was right for me though, so I decided to take the plunge.
Setting it up was pretty easy, especially since I went with the optical connection. Although, if I could have wished for anything, it would’ve been an HDMI cable instead. The optical cable they give you is super short, which limited where I could put the soundbar next to my TV. Same story with the subwoofer – short cable, limited placement options. This wasn’t ideal since I live in an apartment and don’t want to tick off the neighbors with late-night movie marathons.
The good news? It hooked up super fast! The bad news? The instructions were a nightmare. Tiny font, a million languages – basically useless! Luckily, figuring it out wasn’t that complicated, but those instructions could definitely be improved.
Here’s the best part though – the sound! At first, there was this static coming from the soundbar, especially noticeable at low volumes. But guess what? The seller was amazing! They reached out to me and helped me fix the problem. Now it sounds fantastic!
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Saiyin sound system. The sound quality is great now that the static is gone, and the price is easy on the wallet. Just be prepared to deal with some short cables and confusing instructions. But hey, if you can get past that, it’s a great little system! Read more…
