- Stopped working after only 8 months
This is a 70-inch Vizio smart TV that stopped working after only 8 months. The voice remote does not work and the screen is black. We contacted customer support and they said we need to pay for a new TV. This is not acceptable. We paid over $1,000 for this TV and it should last much longer than 8 months. We are very disappointed in Vizio and will never buy their products again.
We bought this TV in December and by August it stopped working. The TV would turn on and then after about 5 seconds it would turn right back off. We reached out to VIZIO customer service and they were no help. They said it was not covered under warranty because it was more than 120 days since we bought it.
