Pros:

  • Nice upgrade from older model
  • Consistent with older Optoma models
  • Zoom works fine
  • The black on this thing is awesome
  • No issues when gaming using a PC
  • The keystone adjustment doesn’t create a halo around the edge of the image.
  • Great picture for the price

Con:

  • Zoom could be better

The Optoma UHZ50 projector is a great upgrade from older models. It is consistent with older Optoma models in terms of quality, and the zoom feature works fine.

The black on this projector is awesome, and the 4k video is wonderfully clear. There are no issues when gaming using a PC, and the keystone adjustment doesn’t create a halo around the edge of the image.
