welcome to always occupy home and product reviews today we have something that i was doing a review on and if i dropped it i probably dropped it already but i got another one of these and hopefully this one will work i had to return the other one it was actually missing something that i needed so i was trying to turn it and it wasn’t turning so right here we have a different projector mount and this one is another extension mount so we’re going to see how this one works this one actually comes with a good instruction booklet the other one was just a little instruction paper and didn’t even really tell you how to install anything all right just like the other one it comes with the same thing the anchors the screws and got a washer here which is nice we have some anchors and screws that’s out of the packet and we have the mount so let’s start putting this thing together as we speak and this is good because you can lock this and if you can’t lock it then we’re gonna have a problem ladies and gentlemen so let’s figure this thing out okay y’all we’re gonna take this part off okay let me put that stuff down right now now on step one that part that i just took off of the shaft right here i took it off at the top part of the shaft got the rough part down there so one part is bigger than the other so one goes on this side and obviously the the one that we just took it off goes back on this side now we gotta re-thread that on all right hopefully this goes in the same holes that i screwed that other one that i had to return so hopefully the screws go in the same spot because i really don’t feel like looking to re-screw all this stuff again so this is screwed in let’s see now this goes in like this the reason why this hole is here just in case y’all want to know is so you can put your wires through the hole all right see this even screws in better than that last one i just had man do not buy that last one i had lesson learned lesson learned all right so this comes down lift this up and that’s the extension i forgot i think it says 18 inches but i’ll give you all the final measurements as always all right so we’re going to tighten this up this is so easy y’all the other one was so hard to turn this is actually enjoyable now because i’m not going to die that other one made me frustrated all right so we have the last part they have this washer here and it’s not really explaining where the washer goes so we’re going to keep the washer around just in case we need it alright so we’re going to put the last piece on okay you guys i just want to inform you all that this thing is it feels real good the other one didn’t feel as good as this one the threads screws on very easy and this this part the swivel was one of the headaches i was having on the other one because it didn’t have a locking pin on it so with this one you pull it up to lock it and it stays in place it doesn’t move so let’s see what it’s like when the projector on it and does it stays in place for the projector [Music] basically these two is on studs and i got these two on anchors it’s not going to go nowhere all right you guys so to hook your projector up to it you will have to unscrew everything you got hooked up so i got my fire stick the power for the fire stick and the power for the projector now what you want to do is turn your projector upside down and unscrew from the bottom now yours might already have this somewhere else on your projector so you will have to look around we are going to twist it on because we want it straight while we put it on it is locked in and now this thing swivels all right so so i’m having the same issue but a little bit different this time all right so what i have to do is get pliers i’m trying to push up and you see this ball the ball is still moving around okay y’all so if y’all have a pair of pliers like this we can grip the ball and still turn the projector right so we have to grip it we just want to get at least as much thread on there as possible now we can turn the round piece to tighten it make sure we got a tight fit all right so now so now we got it upside down let’s hook the power up to it and let’s see if we can angle it the way we want to angle it i’m gonna put an outlet on the top so this is gonna be hanging forward this week i’m gonna do that this week but we are going to see if we can position this and if it will stay in place so let’s check the quality of this stand try to level it off a little bit close it tight and it still goes back up so let’s go down some more close it tight still goes back up do it again hold it tight still a little back up all right so that’s the unloose so we tried to put it tight as possible and it still want to roam okay so you just have to find a sweet spot for yourself because when you even when you squeeze it tight it still comes up some and that is a downfall with this one see we almost got it there so we almost got it there it’s more on the top part over there so i’m gonna show y’all the good thing about this projector so with this projector you can go to you can flip it when it’s upside down you want to flip it right side up with your remote and you want to go to your settings so with this projector you can actually make the screen smaller manually and there you go so it says 86 percent i don’t know if it’s 86 inches or whatnot but like i said the issue with this mount is is not tightening tight enough to have it in the right angle that i want even on a bigger screen turn the light off so y’all can see it let me turn this back light off too now if i wanted to make the screen bigger i can make it bigger so i could get my hundred percent and i’m right there and if i want to see if it’s level all i got to do is put the level on there and then make my adjustments so the part that i’m telling you all about is this part right here like i said on the last model this didn’t come with it so it was a different way to try to tighten it and it wouldn’t tighten because of the threads wouldn’t tighten on this one the threads are tightening good but this part here is an issue i don’t know i might have to tighten it up with this screw right here but i will figure that out later but i’m going to stick with this one right here because it’s doing its job especially at 100 i have a big full screen as a matter of fact let me measure it for y’all right now 103 inches by 58 inches i am the projector is exactly 15 feet away from the wall okay so 15 feet away from the wall will give you 103 inches of real estate a wall real estate okay let’s climb up here okay you guys so we all we’re at the top with the mount we got our four screws in but in case you want to know i got the mount all the way stretched out and we are at about 18 inches just in case you want to know the actual measurements because i got the actual measurements you’re not reading it from amazon you reading it from an actual person who bought the thing so that’s it on that let’s go um there is a message that was posted on uh amazon somebody post a comment on amazon on why the screen mirroring with netflix or the screen mirroring mirroring with uh amazon prime all the streaming services is not playing but the screen mirroring played with the youtube and it’s good for well if you want to go over your photos or you want to watch some of your videos with your
